The Thailand Privilege Visa — previously known as the Thailand Elite Visa — works differently from every other route on this site. Rather than qualifying against income, employment or family ties, you join a membership programme run by Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd., a state-owned enterprise under the Tourism Authority of Thailand. A one-time membership fee, plus an annual fee on some tiers, secures long-stay permission of between five and twenty years together with a package of lifestyle privileges.
The Thailand Privilege Visa is currently offered through four main packages. These are membership fees, not savings you must hold:

No. Membership grants long-stay permission and lifestyle privileges, not the right to work. Employment in Thailand still requires a work permit obtained through a sponsoring company, alongside the appropriate visa status — a Non-Immigrant B, for example.
Address reporting every 90 days applies to long-stay residents generally, and members normally use the programme’s concierge and fast-track services to take care of it. What membership removes is the annual extension-of-stay process tied to financial proof — not the address-reporting requirement itself.
It depends on the tier. Gold carries no annual fee, while Platinum and Diamond add an annual fee of THB 100,000 on top of the one-time membership fee. Government and processing charges may apply separately, so we confirm the full cost with you before any application is submitted.
